Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards of behaviour expected of everyone using BA Prism. It exists to keep the platform safe, professional and reliable for all learners. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Account Security Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account with others.

• Do not access the platform using credentials belonging to another person.

• Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately to support@baprism.co.uk.

• Use the platform only within the multi-device limits attached to your subscription plan.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Share, resell, sublicense or redistribute any Content, including videos, workbooks, frameworks, templates, AI prompts, case studies, process maps or downloadable resources;

• Use automated tools, scrapers or bots to extract Content or data from the platform;

• Attempt to circumvent access controls, paywalls or download restrictions;

• Use Content to train, prompt-engineer, or fine-tune any artificial intelligence or machine learning model;

• Upload or share any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others;

• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other users' accounts, or our underlying systems and infrastructure;

• Introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code to the platform;

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;

• Manipulate or falsify assessment results, quizzes or course completion records.

4. Content Standards

Where the platform permits you to post or share content, such as in community areas, that content must be accurate, respectful and relevant, and must not contain confidential information belonging to your employer or any third party without appropriate authorisation.

5. Community Conduct

Interaction with other learners, tutors and staff must be respectful and professional. Harassment, bullying, discriminatory remarks or abusive language of any kind will not be tolerated. Full detail on expected community behaviour is set out in our Community Guidelines.

6. Respecting Intellectual Property

All Content remains the property of Eccellenza Consulting Ltd or its licensors. Use of Content is permitted strictly for your own professional development, as set out in our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

7. Security Testing and System Misuse

You must not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or any other security testing against BA Prism systems without our prior written authorisation. Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly to security@baprism.co.uk.

8. Consequences of Breach

Breach of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our discretion and proportionate to the severity of the breach:

• A warning;

• Temporary suspension of your account;

• Permanent termination of your account without refund;

• Removal of content you have posted;

• Referral to law enforcement, where conduct is unlawful.

9. Reporting a Concern

If you believe another user has breached this policy, please contact support@baprism.co.uk with details of the concern. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
