Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

1. Purpose
BA Prism's content is one of its core assets. This policy explains what is protected, what licence you are granted as a subscriber, and what is prohibited. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Ownership
All Content available through BA Prism is owned by, or licensed to, Eccellenza Consulting Ltd and is protected under UK and international copyright, database and related intellectual property law. Content includes, but is not limited to:
Videos and recorded lessons
Workbooks and course guides
Business Analysis frameworks and models
Templates (including document, presentation and spreadsheet templates)
AI prompts and prompt libraries
Case studies and worked examples
Process maps and diagrams
Exercises, quizzes and assessments
Any other downloadable resource made available on the platform
The BA Prism name, logo and "Master the Skills. Deliver the Value." tagline are trademarks of Eccellenza Consulting Ltd. Use of these marks without prior written permission is prohibited.
3. Licence Granted to Subscribers
Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service and payment of applicable subscription fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
Access and view Content for your own professional development;
Download and use templates and workbooks for your own individual work and study, including in your own workplace projects;
Print materials for your personal reference.
This licence does not extend to any commercial redistribution, resale, sublicensing, publication, or use of Content to train or develop any product or service, including artificial intelligence systems.
4. Prohibited Uses
You must not, without our prior written consent:
Reproduce, copy, or redistribute Content to any person who is not entitled to access it under a valid subscription;
Upload Content to any other platform, website, or file-sharing service;
Use Content for commercial training delivery, consultancy deliverables to third parties, or resale;
Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or attribution notice from Content;
Create derivative works based substantially on our frameworks, templates or case studies for external publication or commercial use;
Use any Content, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, prompt, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
5. User-Generated Content
Where you submit content to BA Prism, such as community posts, forum contributions or assessment submissions, you retain ownership of that content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it for the purposes of operating and improving the platform, including anonymised use for quality assurance and moderation.
6. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Where Content references or incorporates third-party frameworks, standards or materials (for example, recognised industry bodies of knowledge), such references are used under licence, fair dealing, or with appropriate attribution, and remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Reporting Infringement
If you believe Content on BA Prism infringes your intellectual property rights, or if you believe a user has infringed BA Prism's intellectual property, please contact legal@baprism.co.uk with full details, including the specific material concerned and evidence of ownership. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removal of content and suspension of the responsible account.
8. Enforcement
Breach of this policy will be treated as a serious breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund, and may give rise to legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.
